Max Kauffman hails from the middle, where he spent his idyllic youth in South Bend, Indiana (by way of Chicago) rolling between the countryside and the city. Leaving the nest to attend Arizona State, he recieved an education in ceramics and anthropology, which continue to influence his bards tales.

Max enjoys drawing, dead/ancient cultures, live music, the paint, plank-pushing, nice ladies, ink, clay, an occasional bevy, foods, and of course banter. His current goal is to bring back analog. His employ, Robot Co, shares this mission with great zeal and proudly supports this semi-urban crypto-zoologist.

Max hopes to one day meet El Chubacabre, a woman that loves hiphop and the beatles, megaman, a metroid and chozo that are pals and the infamous gnar shark.
